Nick's Kitchen of Ambleside - freshly made food to

has worked in the Ambleside area for almost 20 years, the last 10, before
opening Nick's Kitchen in April 2007 (press
report), were as creative Head Chef at the Drunken Duck. Some of the
awards for his cooking during these years were: His success brought him to the attention of EBLEX (English Beef and Lamb Executive), who invited him to help develop exciting, balanced school dinners for Cumbrian children (more about this).
